Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

Best place to experience person, if you not want work in pressure than this company is your type.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

The job sequrity is most high. In pandamic where every company started reducing their employees TCS didn't did so. As an employee of TCS I really felt blessed that time. Thank you so much TCS

The increment is very low. As an BPO employee of TCS I really can't survive with this salary. I'm working here last 7 years and still I'm not getting atlist 30k per month. This makes me very very disappointed

If you are at the onset of your career TCS is indeed the best place to work in. We all know that when we start working, we are at a leaning phase. And we learn not just skills, but a lot more about juggling life, planning a career ahead and corporate skills. TCS gives ample scope for that learning, and is very forgiving to the mistakes we make. So I personally think beginning your career in TCS takes you a long way.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to other companies, work life balance might take a toss if you don't speak up for yourself. Appraisals are pretty much same irrespective of what you do.
