Work life balance the very first point I must say .Second I would say is learning opportunity you get ample of time to explore yourself to new opportunities.Third I would say is the atmosphere personally I am loving the work which I am doing with support of my superiors

Salary hikes are quite disappointed but when you work at such a large organisations and understand it's structure you will get to realize why is it so

...easily. Work life balance. Onsite opportunity is there if you get right project. Salary hike and promotion is slight drawback. I recommend for women above 35 to shift here after you reached a good salary in other companies and settle here. Other cons is no rehiring .

Great people, great culture, ample learning opportunity.....Work life balance and growth opportunities to an extent depend on your role, team and Manager.....Overall at organization level it's a great place to Work

Overall annual salary hike but it's an issue with overall industry

There is no dearth of projects/ work. Good work-life balance. Mostly friendly atmosphere in the teams.

Dislikes

Salary is bit on the lower side of spectrum for most. On technology side, some projects have very limited scope of growth.

... team leads will do everything to make u overwork but with zero acknowledgement. Poor appraisals, u will be stuck at the position and compensation at which u join the company!
