Working in TCS has a lot of benefits like work life balance, job security, opportunity for Learning and growth, company culture is also very good and feels the work we are doing is having impact.overall, it is very good company to work and learn.

The only problem is with the salary and appraisal which is not good. The appraisal totally depends on manager and hr and salary hike is also very low otherwise it is a very good company to work and learn.

...ould say. They won't care about associates personal space and work life balance. Just keeps bugging to get their work done and provides zero benefits like overtime pay, night allowance even though I work ( specific to my project)

There is a good work life balance and job security is better than other companies.

Extremely poor pay if you join as a fresher. There won't be any good increment. Average increment is 5 percent. Also the projects are mostly of low quality.
