Horrible salary that never increased. I joined for 12k per month as I was a bsc computer science graduate but those who joined through engineering did the same job and got paid 35k per month. It's better to not spent like 4 years like i did. I have wasted my time with such a low salary when I joined in 2015. I worked in PWC project which is nothing technical. Typical customer care job that suckedd. Swapan like managers are the worse.

...in in Tcs as a fresher. Come to Tcs as much as experience and enjoy the life. My experience with Tcs is very good only thing is salary . Salary is the major drawback of Tcs. So get experience as much as possible come to Tcs and spent the time smoothly.

Tcs gave me an opportunity to learn new technologies. Provided me an excellent working environment.

A person will be responsible for doing the work of 3 people but might not get appreciation from managers and compensation based on his hard work.

As you all know that TCS is one of the top most company in MNCs. Company provides good security and you will not feel pressure in work.

Promotions, hikes and salary perspective this is top worst company in india with no hikes and promotions. They will never think about employees future and their expectations.

Have a earned leave concept which can be encashed after 30 - 40 leaves are collected. Good upskilling platforms are provided. Have a great company culture, you feel included , celebrate every occasion and quarterly team lunch or initiatives for outings are present where you can network and have fun with different teams. Have initiatives like fit 4 life and purpose for life.
