Good work-life balance. Onsite opportunities are not tough to get, it is rather easy. Company culture is good, people are generally helpful. Most clients are reputed so you won't get any pressure from them when it comes to work. Leaves are there.

Dislikes

Salary growth is so poor but they have improved it for the people who are joining post 2018. You might not get the best band for your best work. Lack of communication between managers/HR and you. Job satisfaction is rare, for me it was not there.

Likes

The company always gives salary on time and there is a sense of job security which is one of the best thing about TCS. Work life balance is good and management is also good. Company policies are not stringent so that is also good.

Dislikes

The appraisal hike is too low. And growth is stagnant. One of the reasons of high attrition rate in TCS. Rest all other things are great. If you are lucky enough and get a good project and a chance to go onsite. Then TCS is the best to stay.

Likes

The company has a very good management professional and HR to reach for the change of project or in any support. Good work culture. For skill development there is lot of opportunities either in digital applications or in IRC with some very good books.

Dislikes

Following the same hike percentage for freshers and lateral entry is not fair. Even after 8 years You could see that the person often switch has greater pay scale than the person who is loyal to TCS. In Promotions manager would play a political game there.

Salary structure, Promotion process, micro management like work from office, work 9 hours from office, low integrity inside top management including CEO, and HR head

In TCS Security is most priority and environment is good. Food is Good. No work pressure, like government Job

Dislikes

It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.
