No proper appraisal, Terrible rating system, Not even able convey our concerns to higher authority. During my joining, they didn't provide me welcome kit, but provide to my peers joined along with me. Atleast appraisal should be transparent and effective. No proper management of employees concerns and relation.

The company provides many benefits to the employees. I liked to working as Cluster In-Charge at Ghazipur (U.P.) with Mr. Shashi Prakash Sanjay.

I did not like, there no job security for the employees. No opportunities for innovations, Pressure of work.
