Ineer politics is much hesitation from work presure. There is some toxic employee who work a mile & that thought they are the company owner. Expect salary there is no single rupee benfit are there. All celebration going with employee contributions. Salary send 10-15 of the every month. If u get 1 min late in punch so half day salary will be deducted. And many more rule regulations are there.
