...th rm . Rm waste person doesn't know proper English and always speaks in hindi . They are giving very low salary for employees and with high work pressure . No proper formal training Only hindi .....no other language for communication. Rm backing some unnecessary employee in sales dept .

It is very good Company. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Down the line staff salary is not workable. That why down the label team are taking pain for work. There are no KRA for each . Only Branch Head is responsible for all activities Like Sales and marketing ,Credit Control, Operation, even though for late delivery of shipment at delivery point.

...s place is a Great place to work because it provides a good environment to work. Paid salary on time. The management teams are supportive. Also it provides better opportunities to develop own career.

Poor Service Internal Polytics No Skill Development Using primitive technology and culture

People were nice, although negating the seldom cheap politics, people inside are helpful, to a certain extent

Corruption. Work pressure. Lack of understanding from the higher management. Cost cutting.
