It’s good company for sustainability and job security.

Dislikes

Growth and Salary are not good part this company. Highly bureaucratic in nature and higher Management doesn’t care about juniors. HR dept and delivery team is hopeless. Client resolution is also not good.

Salary structure is fine and salary on time.

As I am working on consultant post there is no any leave and no any other benifit. I suggest to all the candidate to not join as a consultant post. If any one would like to join TCE please join on permanent role else leave.

...ion. Work culture seem to be ok and Managment support every time at every level. Company policies are good but salary structure not in expecatation other than company.

Overall a big failure platform to work. A kind of a very slow old fashioned outdated work culure and mentality. Too much leg pulling and most important PAN india job, no stability, works like a border soldier, its better to join Indian army instead TCE.

TATA Brand name and premier engineering organization.

Frequent transfer, poor work-life balance, limited scope for innovation and incorporation of new ideas, Salary package is not as par with market/skill/experience, Pyramidal Hierarchical Structure to be maintained.
