1. Expects employees to stretch but does not provide over time. 2. Saturday compensation is less than the per day salary. 3. Appraisals are not great unless attrition is there. 4. You have to pay for tea or coffee. 5. Cannot take stand as a consultant. 6. Deliverables suffer because of tight project schedule.

Best place to learn and growth, work culture was good, work life balance was good, best thing is medical benefits, leaves , culture. I was in MMBU Kolkata office still miss the place and people and definitely will like to work in future there

Salary will not increase for years. For 4-5 years one increment only. Very frequent transfers to client location, which completely destroys the family life. People live in fear that where will they be next month or what work they will do. Managers lie about deputation/transfers tenure. Usually if you are gone to client office then you will only come back after you resign. Work quality is very bad, no skill development, will give any work thus not letting you learn one particular stream and affecting your career growth. Managers are not professional and are also not technically sound.

Salary structure not as per market standard. As contractual employee less salary, less leave, less facility. Please consider to permanent role. Otherwise all good.

There is one thing that the company's HR policy is not biased. Everyone has its words to describe which is much needed in companies which are growing in mass and by wealth as well.

For Employees like us who are in contractual basis. Won't say that there job is not secured, but facilty should have been better regarding Salary hikes and and promotion, as we work hard for the targets to be achieved and being dedicated towards the work assigned for us but no ray of hope is there as in today's market the Hike given yearly is not sufficient to meet the needs of day to day necessities.
