Job security, good for engineers

Dislikes

Compensation not at par with industry, no work life balance, working hours : 14-16 hours a day and 7 days a week, no personal life, management does not care about the employees, no appreciation of hard work, use of medieval period technologies/ methods, HR policies not in favor of the employees, no perks compared to other TATA group companies, salary like is nil, promotion is for only those favored by senior management, no work ethics, harassments of female employees (shouting), Senior management do not respect planning/ project controls department employees. no overtime and no compensation for working on Saturday and Sunday (Saturday, Sunday working compensation is not applicable for WFH) but you will have to work without compensation

It’s good company for sustainability and job security.

Dislikes

Growth and Salary are not good part this company. Highly bureaucratic in nature and higher Management doesn’t care about juniors. HR dept and delivery team is hopeless. Client resolution is also not good.

...ssues with mmbu kolkata electrical team. Managers does not care about employees. They are busy with buttering their own managers and make them happy. Typical orthodox Indian company

Not good for TCE consultant ..best for permits employees, Guest is very good if there are permanent employee.. other wise no good services for consultant

Not good consultant employee..no hike or appraisal even if you are 4yrs old employee, treat like external employee, senior consultant have to report traine...

...ruction manager name- Anuj kr. Singh & HR deptt. also not providing any support. I haven't received my salary from last three months due to the egoist boss.
