COMPANY MANAGEMENT NOT THE CARE HARD WORKING PEOPLE.QUALIFIED EDUCATED PEOPLE-NO PROMOTION,NO SALARY INCREASE,NO GROUTH, ONLY BARRIER CREATE MY WORKING PERIOD.& BIG TENSION.

Here everything is good .Timily salary and Senior persons are very helpfull. Learning opportunity is much more here.

Good canteen food facility, transportation without any charges, Learning scope is Good since multiple different type of issues come related to transformer industry. Good work Life Balance

No appraisal system. Giving too hight award pay to sales team if they bring orders, while at the same time other department also working, unequal distribution. Policy against Curreption is weak. Bus Transportation takes single side more than 2 hrs specifically in monsoon
