No other organisation comes close to the culture that Tazapay has built, with employees from 12+ nationalities working together for a common goal. Employee friendly: The COO personally makes sure that the employee's needs are first understood and then decisions are taken to make it better, During peak COVID, the organisation gave cash incentives to the employees. Post COVID, the organisation incentivized the employees to return to the office. The organisation picked convenience over cost and leased a world class office in Saket, Delhi. Learning: Employees are challenged to use tech and OPEN AI in their day to day work, and everyone is given regular feedback to become a better version of themselves with OKR's clearly defined at the unit level. Fun: The organisation celebrated its third anniversary in Malaysia with over 80 employees. Leadership focus: The LT team flies from Singapore every month and spends time with the team in Delhi and Chennai. Yes, sometimes we as a unit need to take some tough calls when we find that there is a knowledge and implementation inability gap in few candidates. We have a strict policy of working on an improvement plan. Flexi working: We have a mix of WFO and WFH as majority of our hiring is done pan India during COVID 2021/22 which supports staff who are not from Delhi. A wonderful HR team, world class fintech leadership team from payment and consulting companies. I love to work in a growing startup like Tazapay.

Decent work-life balance, great colleagues and a fair amount of freedom to create and put forward your ideas.

Can be more structured in terms of process flows, this area has significantly improved though and getting better everyday. Documentation has been poor in the past but now the management has put a great deal of emphasis on it. Not enough training programs.

All to dislike. They hire by showing lucrative designation and opportunities and fire abruptly. The decision makers are dumb bootlickers of mgt and foreigners. Pls pls avoid joining this co.

If you are looking for a place where you can learn and grow this is the place for you. a great work environment, an awesome team and a super work life balance Company policies are awesome, you get good share of leaves, complementary health insurance, Work from home and a lot more... And what tops here is the flat hierarchy I can call anyone at anytime for anything and you are heard

Frankly there is nothing to dislike, but you might take some time to settle in with the process and dont worry that time is given :P
