No other organisation comes close to the culture that Tazapay has built, with employees from 12+ nationalities working together for a common goal. Employee friendly: The COO personally makes sure that the employee's needs are first understood and then decisions are taken to make it better, During peak COVID, the organisation gave cash incentives to the employees. Post COVID, the organisation incentivized the employees to return to the office. The organisation picked convenience over cost and leased a world class office in Saket, Delhi. Learning: Employees are challenged to use tech and OPEN AI in their day to day work, and everyone is given regular feedback to become a better version of themselves with OKR's clearly defined at the unit level. Fun: The organisation celebrated its third anniversary in Malaysia with over 80 employees. Leadership focus: The LT team flies from Singapore every month and spends time with the team in Delhi and Chennai. Yes, sometimes we as a unit need to take some tough calls when we find that there is a knowledge and implementation inability gap in few candidates. We have a strict policy of working on an improvement plan. Flexi working: We have a mix of WFO and WFH as majority of our hiring is done pan India during COVID 2021/22 which supports staff who are not from Delhi.
