Very limited positives to mention. A handful of hardworking and knowledgeable individuals (literally three people) carry the entire company on their shoulders. Decent exposure to the industry if you’re lucky enough to work closely with these individuals. These select few are the only ones who can clearly explain requirements and provide guidance. Rest of the senior members are only there cause of these three's mercy, they can't even explain a requirement clearly for god's sake.

...s are a tradition—3-4 months into the next financial year, you’re still waiting. Variable pay scam they keep your variable pay ridiculously high (think over ₹1.5 lakh) just to avoid paying it later. Performance excuses are their favorite weapon. Slave-like work hours they expect you to work overnight, on weekends, and basically whenever they snap their fingers. Managers won’t even let you leave after 6—expect calls and emails at home too. No hybrid, no flexibility Forget modern workplace practices. This company is stuck in the Stone Age—hybrid is a myth here. Freshers, beware Joining as a fresher, and you’re a glorified intern (engineer trainee) with no PF account, so that precious first year of service doesn’t even exist in your history. HR is a joke here. No solutions, no consistency, no accountability. Absurd workplace environment It’s like a toxic circus where the only thing missing is the clown costume—because everyone’s already part of the act.

...u can get a call from the management that you aren not working from this moment. They will hold your salary fro long time. There is no support from GM like Nupur Saxena. She is head of the office politics. Nupur Saxena is also the HR of the organisation be careful she will do extra deduction from the salary. So overall small and terrible place for working. One can feel humiliated by the behaviour of the management.

When joining they give assurance after left this company simply give negative feedback for our newly joined company and simply play game to give service letter also and 6 working days no time to spend with family really worst work life balance

It is good for a fresher. People are less and work is more so you'll always have lots of work and there are many good people who will help in your learning. For 2-3 years it is good in terms of learning but don't expect work life balance.

...ny don't care about employees, they just want to use employees for their profit. Salary is very less and senior management always try to save by not giving proper appraisal. Company earns good money but don't want to give appraisal. They used Covid as another way of saving money. Don't provide any facility to employees, even laptops for WFH. Employee has to use their own laptop and Internet and if anything happens to your laptop company won't give any reimbursement and also cut employee's leave since employee is not able to work. They don't give performance pay on time just to save more money, you have to ask for it many times. Their focus is not on earning more by making good products, their focus is on how to cut some money from employee's pocket. Management is very poor, every process is delayed. Join this company only if you don't have any other opportunity.

Learning curve is very good, for freshers it is a good company. Responsibilities are more which will help in learning things faster.

...o use their own laptops. No transperancy in terms of policies and management. Very less pay, no additional benefits.
