Working environment is very good, you can have tea or coffee or breakfast at your desk. Do not have much work load, boss is flexible with work, sometimes when you have some work you can leave 1 hour early. Teammates are like family here, on Saturday or last day of week we celebrate a day with own dress code, dress color, own shift timings, and we make non gas good like Pani Puri...

Dislikes

Leaves - only 8 paid leaves for a year that also you will be alloted from 2nd year. Only 8 holidays including national and festival... doesn't give 2nd October leave which is a national holiday. Alternative Saturday off whereas before it was 5 day a week, they only ask for suggestion for changes but never implement that and just deny on your face. They don't know how to keep employee happy.
