Amazing work culture, flat hierarchy, perks like free breakfast, lunch and snacks, really attractive compensation, flexible working hours and cheap cab facility across the city. A lot of learning opportunities. Everyone is really good and helping. This has the potential to become the best working place in the city.

Too many benefits, people are exploiting it, there should be a regulation to stop exploitation also so many organisation wide initiatives (OKR, growth framework) are confusing, people are not mature enough to understand such ambitious initiatives. But hatsoff to mahen he is a great guy with a will to boost his people's career.

The Politics are worst in Tavisca ( now JPMC ), The Leader called DJ is the real manipulator and he is too much biased with his core group of people , not allowing other to function .

Salary is ussualy bad but if you bargain hard you can get much more than market standars. There is very big difference at same level. Work culture is pathetic. Biases are there Cheating helps you grow

No knowledge transfer from core tavisca group who are working there for 5-7 years. Only copy paste work is there, all the research work is done by leads and developers are not involved in the process. Lots of politics and groupism. No job security. They can terminate you without any prior notice. Previously they used to terminate FTCs but now they are terminating FTEs also.
