If any worker is not willing to work on overtime or on holidays management abuses them using foul language and threaten them with termination. Many workers get manhandled too by Pawan Aneja and Dinesh Rajat Singhi the Managing Director support this practice

Supportive staff is very nice but they are always scared about losing their job. Job Security is ZERO as any day anytime management wil terminate anyone without ay reason.

The most unprofessional & unorganised company I have seen so far. Even after being experienced you will be treated like a you don’t know anything and make you feel worthless. No appreciation at all, in stead they get furious over the matter and started scolding inappropriately in front of the staff. They don’t care about your time specially in design department . They make you sit till 7-7:30 as well just for their satisfaction. With in a month time they will make your knowledge feel useless. Even they have issues with your garments. That has to be below the knees. You can wear sleeve less, there is no cafeteria, you can’t even eat at your seat you have to go sit at the top floor where a section is made. Restricted time for coffee in between you can’t go and have coffee. There is not chance for creativity. They don’t even have licensed softwares. You have to keep on changing your seat if you have to work in design software.

Their is not management team. The owner with the age of 60 will keep on interfering in everything. And if you are a confident person she will try to break your confidence at every stage. There is no HOD to whome you can report. And they change their work at a very next moment. You will end up losing your self confidence. Please think 4 times. Before you join there. It’s better to join any start up company than joining this. And the most important part is THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY, NO HEALTH INSURANCE, No PF policy, NO LEAVE EASILY, even you have to work ON Sunday.

Top lavel management has destructive thought process. They does not know how to talk with employees and junior. Over all this is confused Management.Sufficient Drinking water is not available for junior and labour.Miss Taruna Singhi always says that 40 liter water is sufficient for 50 person in summer.
