Job is secure until employee don't do anything wrong. Work pressure not so hard. Management is very weak and company policy is healthier for employees but they paid salary lately.

Salary is decent but comes very late and no increment. Career growth is slow. On the job PD training is given.

Organic farming, Peaceful campus life, Freedom at work, Caring Principal Dr. Subhashkumar, Good supporting staff, Nice food, Good infrastructure, Polite students, No politics, Campus weather, Stress free life, Spacious classrooms.

Untimely Salary, No increment and incentives, Accessibility to campus from main road to Hajam, Importance for academics, scope for sports, Exposure for students

Likes

Teammates are good but there is no policy for teachers. Organization is suffering from fund deficiency and extreme regionalism and nepotism.

...city. No convenience to take you to the city in emergency. poor medical benefit. Salary is delayed all the time.

The question should have been a bit different. You should have asked What do you don't like about working at Taurian. I would have listed so many things.

Dislikes

Everything. No job security, No appraisal. No satisfaction. Even if anything is written in the offer letter is manipulated. The Chairman is the worst who is only self centered. There is only his vision and no vision for the school.
