There is nothing to like in this organization. The worst👎 experience ever till now.

Im working in Bankbaazar process (tatwa tech. BBSR). The work experience is totally stressful, atmosphere is horrible still I'm complete my one and half month of work without getting a leave and at the salary time they did not give my salary. I have to give my study fees ans house rent and they told me that your salary will given you after 2month of job. I am crying but nobody listing me. The HR, manager etc all are nonsense and cheater. They did not give my salary so i have to quite my job. Not 1% trust worthy company this is.

They don't give full salary and also there behaviour is not proffesional .....they are so annoying ....also they give half of salary and half they divide I think because in a consulty they told me that thay are making employee fool to giving them half offer of money and they told that 3rd part in involved

...JOB setisfaction. They only want submission. They didn't respect your thoughts. They didn't give salary on time. Salary implementation 🤢🤮. I worked here in 4 months. No one survived at least 2 months. Please don't join this company 🙏

Work life and personal life balance is doable

... wrong in my family then Tatwa management will be solely responsible for it. 2. Pay package is very low in terms of designation and work load 3. Leave policy is extremely poor. There is no paid leave for agent level 4. Company does not provide any appointment letter to any employee in all level. I am still struggling to get my appointment letter, relieving letter and payslips
