This school is heaven for teachers and children. Work-life balance is remarkable. There are internal politics of course, yes. The principals are just WOW. I had a lot of time with Vidya ma'am, she is just awesome. She loves her children @ school like her own. To add a precious stone to their crown is principals' daughter is studying in the same school Grade Ten, which shows how confident they are in the methods and methodologies they believe in. Only lucky children and teachers could be a part of TATVA. B. Ed is not at all necessary, they will train you. ... With lots of love and good luck... My reason for leaving TATVA- hubby's job transfer.

To be frank, do not allow new teachers in the hands of old teachers, who are so insecure about their position.
