Tatva is a great place to work. I have been associated with the school as a parent first and then have become an employee. Here Talent is recognised, hard work is understood and teachers are given utmost care along with the children. Where else do you see every teacher feeling special on Teacher's day as if it's one's own birthday. Keep calm, work hard and you will receive for what you have joined the organisation.

No holiday on Saturdays :( , but there are reasons for this that are explained too..

Since 3 years, I am teaching at Tatva school. It has become a family for me now. The work environment is very good. Good work experience. Had the liberty to explore and experiment new things. Management continuously work for the enrichment of the staff. Tatva has given me the opportunity to show my potential as a teacher. The staff and management is very supportive. Overall the work environment is very friendly, encouraging and a place to have fun.

The management is very good and supports teachers when needed. The teachers are pushed to take up challenges to learn better. The right guidance is given by the well experienced management team. There is continuous exchange of knowledge, ideas which enhances the work atmosphere. Policies are laid out after thorough consultation with the leadership team, so each of feel heard and acknowledged.

Nothing is that grossly wrong here to be disliked.

Tatva is much more than just a regular school. It is one big family. We at Tatva, are encouraged to recognise and treat each other with respect and love, accept differences, embrace diversities and hold onto our traditional values. Here, students, teachers, administrative staff and junior staff are equally valued. The positive environment the school has created,plays a key role in character building of the students. If my children were still of the school going age, Tatva Global School would have been my school of choice.

There is nothing to dislike about the school because every concern and issue is tackled with great maturity and consensus.
