Working culture is too horrible, totally hire namaste fire culture, no work ethics, managers force to work late night, compells to put your own money for achieving sales target. Totally unethical, inhuman practice in the company.

Sales teams are worst. Complete feminism on the floor Team leader support you if you if your get her gifts, and listen whatever she says or she won’t assign you leads. And if you take the issue to the higher management they won’t listen to you no job guarantee. They can kick you out anytime by blackmailing

Non helpful colleagues The so called narcissist Sahil Iyer project manager is a double faced individual. You will be fired if you take SICK LEAVE. YES sick leave . 5 days mandatory WFO Favouritism Micromanages 24/7 They have no frontend devs, barely 2 , who keeps on fighting among each other , HORRIBLE product , copying from healthifyme . They won't provide any help if you are a new joinee PLEASE DON'T JOIN TATVACARE, IF YOU DONT BELIEVE me, EXPERIENCE YOURSELF. THIS IS A LIVING HELL.

OKyish company, work life balance fine. Supportive managers, good colleagues.

Bogus product, The product is not upto the mark and company expects to retain the target clients forever and ever without improving the product. That's the major reason that I left this company. Also, the increment is not upto the mark, I was consecutively top performer but then too my increment was 7% with that only2k was increased. Also incentive structure sucks, the management and the national head changes the incentive structure as per their convenience and once they changed it before releasing the incentive and deducted the incentive and said as per new criteria now your incentive is less than what you made. upper staff sitting in the head office (Head HR and the Admin) thinks they're God's and don't respect the on field guys, Never receives the calls nor replies on mails. Overall ok company. I'll give 2.5/5 stars.
