...ll company the process adherence is weak. Other than this, everything is good. On time disbursement of salary, no pressure, work life balance, timely leave approvals, career & growth opportunities are good. Job security is also there. They do not fire their employees so easily. If someone is not able to perform up to the mark they give them second chance.

You will find yourself that there is a lot to learn but reality is different. You won't get chance to learn. Increment is too low and it is common for all employees except the near ones.
