Dislikes

Just keep the MD happy by false praising him and agreeing to his illigetimate demands. He will be happy. Employees are not trusted. They've problems in the infra of property. Lot of politics.

An Indian company with no scope for learning, they don't even give appraisals and your variable is less than 50% is what you receive.

Dislikes

Very bad management, no one has experience except a few who are currently looking out. Nothing really happens on AI/ML or be for that matter data. Very vendor dependent company and you end up being the program manager
