Am currently not working in tata steel, but I had a good mangnent over their.

Current management of Tata astel not taking care of 3rd party payroll employees. They distinguish them in terms of salary and other facilities of company.

The company is open to adoption of technology and produces high - Quality products . Employees come from various cultural backgrounds and all employees work happily as a team with a mission.

The work pressure is high, compensation is decent

Maintenance department some people's are good not everyone. Breakfast and lunch benefits only for permanent employee not for contract employee's.....this is very bad condition......not acceptable for TATA company.

I think the questions answered were revealing most of the facts ! It is great company to explore ! One shall get opportunity to learn best practices across world ! This is multi locational company and hence one shall ready to move at different locations to grow in the organisation.

Tata steel TWP 1 Tarapur boisar is a very reputed organization . Fresher are trained and their is also a good career growth sailary is fully depends on our skills work environment is very good.
