The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Good people, great Tata culture & values 5. Decent work life balance (Saturday, Sunday off) 6. Good for people seeking B2B/corporate exposure early in the career

1. Old & orthodox people with either obsolete skills or no skills whatsoever & immensely resistant to new ideas, innovations. 2. No importance to digital transformation, Marketing 3. Order login, processing & other back end operations are way too slow & sluggish Company resistant to process automation & make salesperson's work easier 4. Process centric & not a customer centric company 5. No autonomy to sales team on pricing & commercials 6. Different departments, functions work in Silos 7. No database Management system 8. Absence of a market research function (department) hurts the company 9. No clear plan & program for Management Trainees. Mid level managers try to utilize MTs just for their work. No clear expectations from leadership. No KPIs/KRAs are well planned & discussed upon or decided by Management team for MTs

I can earn good money here, Meaning Horizontal growth is very much there. But unfortunately Vertical growth is missing. My next level is Zonal Head but in last 3 Years They are slashing Zonal Heads in numbers. 13 to 8, Now 8 to 7. I don't see any upward growth. ONE MAJOR THING TATA NEEDS TO DO IS, GIVE A ROAD MAP/GROWTH CARD TO NEW JOINEE.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global client base, plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.
