Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

Very good place to work, only challenge is compensation is upto to mark for performer. Here every one treat mostly equally weather you are highly performer or average employee.

I have bad experience......they not understanding fresher problem not give petrol claim in time waste yar i Left the job

the work pressure is very high. Managers and seniors do not value for freshers salary is not gud if we go through franchise they or not giving u petrol claim....waste company yar i m frausted

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture
