Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

Almost everything ! Never accept any offer from Tata Teleservices Limited on off roll basis as you'll never get increment in your salary no matter how good and long you work for them. There's lots of difference between on roll and off roll employees on salary and other aspects as well.

Everything is bad except job security and work - life balance.

...sation is very poor if you join on off roll basis, there are no benefits at all. You will get your fix salary only and that's not also on time, very poor management.
