Like????? 😂 They treat you like a slave.... No PF and other benefits... They only give you monthly salary which is less than 20k it includes your travel allowance if you are in field.... On role employees have less knowledge then off role employees... This is the fact....

Terrible work culture.No Job security. Attrition rate is higher.Employees are disrespected and abused.No work ethics.Policies are on papers only but no one follows it.Its not a good place to work. If you dont have any job then only think of joining this company.

...ve started removing the Underperformed Managers and not supporting during COVID. Only in Salary perspective they have supported their employees and no salary has been deducted yet.

Here Work Culture is very bad, If you talk anything against your Boss, you can face HR and even you can loose your Job. There is jo job security is here also. The senior petson who are present in the system from last 8-15 years they are dominating here and everything is in their control. If you are growth oriented and looking for better career growth then please dont Join TTBS as its Tata's group company. You will get no respect here.

Its like a government organization. Those who are looking for just stability without any growth or career aspiration can join! Too many employees working for laat 15/20 years are insecured with new employees as they feel their importance will get reduced.

Telling the new employee from day one itself that you should first look at the work and if you do not continue, then leave it, saying that to cool down their morals, I do not like this thing of people here.
