No Skill Development No Flexibility to change domain Salary hike is worst Food Served here in canteen is bad quality. Even though no RO water is provided to employee and the most important no one care In Tata Technologies Jamshedpur, You can't see the IT culture.

... other employees and juniors to take leave and forcing them to work on weekends. Even there is an issue of timesheet which impact employees salary.No one thinks about the employees situation. Tata Technologies need to take some action against such a manager who is humilating the employees. Worst company ever do not join.

...f projects, but learning opportunity is good in whatever technology you work. Salary hike is less and less hike yearly is a major cause of dissatisfaction. All employees are not eligible for hikes, unlike other companies. If you get good appraisal grade, only then a hike is awarded but that is also less amount. Your luck depends upon which project and manager you are placed under. They may either teach you very well or harras you by giving only lecture about giving them good performances but not giving you a good in hand training at first hand, to understand what is a project and how small things are working. Managers will expect you to work like an experience guy after just 6 months and will either kick you out of project or keep you after 1 year.

job security is the biggest perk while working at TTL. you need to set your expectations here whether you want more salary or work life balance. but this company gives u good opportunities for your skill development. over all i would recommend this company for freshers :)
