...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience

Dislikes

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Dislikes

Salery increment and job culture is as third prty. No any HR to listen you properly and everytime if any issues then rise a ticket on portal and most of time unsetisfectuon

I’m in a situation and need some guidance. I have a job offer with: CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total. Location: Chennai (not ideal for me). Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer.
