Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

Every Saturday Sunday holiday is good to spend time with Family. No. Of Training are arrange and available for skill enhancement.

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

...e to find out right person for your concern. HR department response is worst. 2. No hike at all. Polish trend still work here. 3. If ask for hike. TTL blame on Client and Client blame on TTL by saying that "we gave good rating but it is upto TTL to give hike". 4. If working at Tata motors as client place, one of the bad place to work as TTL employee. You will be treated not better than slave. Only work, work and work. 5 TML people pressurising and taking work for 10-12 hours from you to Fulfill their requirement of KPI. Nobody cares and Nobody talks about your skill development or growth. 6. If don't have any option then only join TTL. 7. Just name sack it's TATA but not like other TATA group of companies. 8. Working at Tata motors as client place, work culture is not good. Still old fashion people and their mind setup. 9. You don't have proper place to seat and you will be so luck to get place and work station. 10. Please take proper feedback from your colleague/friends before joining TTL.
