We are not Happy in working in Tata Motors. Variable pay is not getting completely due to dependent on rating Bell curve.

The team mates in my project are good. Our project manager is quite understanding. Also in my current project ,there is a lot of scope for learning and gaining expertise on tools.

Salary growth and annual hikes could have been better.

It's a bad organization. They will cut every corner they can to from your money. Variables are 10% but almost never paid. In over 5 years got 30% total hike and 10% of that is Variable. Appraisal cycle keep on changing... Always try to push 1 or 2 months. From pune office they fired 400 employees in early 2021 and also not paid salary to them for 7 months, all in name of corona. Managers do consider Saturday as working and may ask you to work on Sundays as well.

...vironment. Almost no IT feeling. Politics and groupisim is heavy on performance. They do not increase salaand the moment you resign they have possibility to pay 50-60% more.

...fe,first they remove out of state peoples no link between work and appraisal You will never ever get variable pay don't consider in your ctc,good for freshers for 1 or 2 years only, policy is very flaxible thay can change any time Every year new policy, in the Tata group Tata Technologies is the worst company

Time flexiblity. Salary on time Meal is available for 4 time Gym is free inside campus Good facilities for women Good opportunity for interns

Unnecessary hiring freshers & experience, even internal employee are on bench. No Job sequrity. No salary hike No project Internal politics.
