Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Dislikes

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Dislikes

Salery increment and job culture is as third prty. No any HR to listen you properly and everytime if any issues then rise a ticket on portal and most of time unsetisfectuon

It's a bad organization. They will cut every corner they can to from your money. Variables are 10% but almost never paid. In over 5 years got 30% total hike and 10% of that is Variable. Appraisal cycle keep on changing... Always try to push 1 or 2 months. From pune office they fired 400 employees in early 2021 and also not paid salary to them for 7 months, all in name of corona. Managers do consider Saturday as working and may ask you to work on Sundays as well.

...vironment. Almost no IT feeling. Politics and groupisim is heavy on performance. They do not increase salaand the moment you resign they have possibility to pay 50-60% more.

...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience

Disappointing Experience with Accenture's Hiring Process

Hi All After deciding to leave my organization, I spent 3 months job hunting. I was excited when I received an offer from Accenture, but my experience with their HR team was disappointing. The offer came without details like compensation, location, or joining date. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, calls, and text, I received no response. After my first DOJ, I got a call from HR promising a revised offer the next day. However, it took almost a week for them to respond, and the revised offer didn’t address my concerns. Once again, my attempts to follow up were ignored. A day after my second DOJ, HR called asking why I hadn’t joined. The lack of communication and follow-through left me feeling unvalued and unsure about joining the company. A simple request: please respond to candidates, even if the outcome isn't in their favor. It’s important to communicate and not leave anyone hanging, especially those who are genuinely interested in joining. Thank you for reading!
