Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Salery increment and job culture is as third prty. No any HR to listen you properly and everytime if any issues then rise a ticket on portal and most of time unsetisfectuon

Job Security is ok Except Covid period. Work culture is open for new innovations and ides. Company policies and service of Bus & canteen is ok. Some of Colleagues are good and supportive

... is issue in the Covid and crises. Some Employees job has gone in that period. Salary and appraisal not worst, after 4 yrs I'm with same salary. Also no any bonus for working in shifts. Work environment and management is like old fashioned. No any proper seating arrangement, locations, admin service. 12-12 members team is seating in 5-6 different locations in same premises.

Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Dislikes

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience
