Although, it has great potentials of growth but it has never worked on its potential. Individuals too have great scope of learning, however, it is not in their control due to frequent team restructuring. Not recommended for a learning and growth oriented person.

Slow learning and growth curve. Groupism, Favoritism Shift timing are tedious which changes every week.

Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.

...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience
