The Tata benefits ( to some extent) Office in a heritage building

1. The leadership team has no vision 2. A lot of favouritism in the organisation, which is used extensively to take promotion and hike in salary 3. No job security, if there are no projects available, they look for reasons to sack people 4. No permanent place to sit 5. Sometimes they target people and engage in fault finding 6. Upon joining, you get used laptops which do not work. 7. When as an employee you require any software or hardware, you yourself have to follow up with various stakeholders. No help will be provided by your reporting manager. 8. Lastly and most importantly, the salary too low as per the market standards.
