Very nice place to work, Every thing is good for a permanent employee, but there is huge discrimination of salary and facilities between permanent employee and vendor employee. worst place to work as a vendor employee.

Almost every work has been done on the ground level by the contractor or vendor employee but the salary and other facilities of vendor employee is worst. very difficult to work as vendor employee.

...ng in jharkhand , better than delhi earning less and expenditures are very high.,because salary structure is good for Freshers when u have certification in SAP OR. NET, ORACLE

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

Tata think that ,the college from where they hired student only here in B.tech engineering subjects are teaches to the students in other colleges Tata think in B.tech except engineering subjects other subjects like history, geography, seismology teaches to the students.

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.
