Good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.

Giving open threats about firing employees is not something appreciable from such large steel brand, that's what the job security we have in this plant...

Salary is very low and they have no plans to revise them.

Dislikes

Salary. Low in hand salary as per ctc, no accomodation facility specially for new joining. Double HRA facilities for locals but not for whom out side.

Same company in different locations have different policies and salary structure. Tata steel gives facilities only for employees in Jamshedpur and Kalinga nagar location. Very poor management, they don't care about their employees, work-life balance.
