Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. After the demise of Ratan Tata, Tata Steel is no longer a place to work anymore. The Stupid HR policy, Forced Retirements, reduced number of leaves are the new normal. The only good part was the OPD medical facility which be discontinued from April onwards as well.
