Job security is Good , Working culture is not up to mark as in tata steel because of old management system management need to change. Company Policies is different for different employee it is not same for all the employees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Same company in different locations have different policies and salary structure. Tata steel gives facilities only for employees in Jamshedpur and Kalinga nagar location. Very poor management, they don't care about their employees, work-life balance.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again
