There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. The culture at Tata is the best. Your colleagues motivate you to learn and become better every year. Also the colleagues and seniors are very helpful and supportive

Salary. Low in hand salary as per ctc, no accomodation facility specially for new joining. Double HRA facilities for locals but not for whom out side.

Same company in different locations have different policies and salary structure. Tata steel gives facilities only for employees in Jamshedpur and Kalinga nagar location. Very poor management, they don't care about their employees, work-life balance.
