Lateral are getting higher salary with less experience, While trainees are getting so less salary. I started at 7900 basic salaries and now after 6 years, I get 15000 basic pay. Not a good hike in salary.

Salary structure is very bad , you will feel like , when will our salary rise, only gives raise on basic salary not on CTC.

Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. ...Red Tapism and favouritism instead of performance based growth and promotions 3) very less benefits and compensation as compared to industry standards 4) Poor culture The company has a very high attrition rate with very high indifference from higher management. The HR is ineffective

The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.
