There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...yees are also man like permanent employees. Canteen should be equal for both. Company needs to pay salary directly to vendor employees because some vendor party are making black money because what they are showing in master roll not paying to vendor employees. Even in case of PPE when a vendor employees ask for PPE to the vendor, then you can't imagine the reaction of vendor. I am also a vendor employee.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

As all know Tata is big group t is very helpful company for doing smart job but management is not good Yaha RAJA Aor raja banta jata hai Garib aor garib banta jata hai ye system active h .

The company is good but there is Nepotism in promotion and in increment . Diploma person getting more salary than B tech highly experienced person thats why company growths going down .
