company safety is very good.

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

I work in third party vendor in Tata steel ,salary is too small as comparison to the grade and standard company should give some more benefits directly to the crew working as a joint body

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...works. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joinees.

Good corporate culture. Low maintenance costs in the town .high salary packages.

Dislikes

Lack of some basic transportation services for outside travel from jamshedpur. No domestic airport, lack of flights from sonari airport(private) facility in regular and daily basis. Difficulty in traveling to home town on urgent or in Emergency situations.

...llent company to work. But only problem is for 'Associate' designation employee. They receive less salary, facilities, and support as per normal Engineer of same organization. But for all others from worker to Engineer to Manager & TOp management its excellent company to work.
