... is good for good performer and also helps them in ther career progression path. Work culture is good in bits and pieces, it can be still improved a lot, salary structure can be strengthened further. Experience profiling to right place in right time is to be strengthened.

Rather, I would say ISWPL is a good place to work with. Transparent feedback with right career development plan has to be put in place. Skilled based recruitment is what required for organization rather then making multiskilling. It us important to be multi-skilled but not in technical grounds where you need experiential knowledge to crack the issue.

Very and cheap mentality of mnagement & not notice your problem properly. Miss behave seniors, olining policy is too high and many candidate are hiring by favouring of consult incharges.

The whole outlook of the department depends on the chief and his views. Regressive behaviour from such chiefs can make life, work, promotion, salary and appraisals hell. Also, the dynamic of job safety and govt job type tag is changing with the death of Ratan Tata and it's turning like any other MNC. Although Tata's were pioneers of many work culture changes, it's gotten regressive currently where conveniences, productivity work life balance are being hampered in names of many unsaid rules and old mindset

It is a company where you can learn a lot if you are in right team . They are working hard for diversity and inclusion . They are trying to create appropriate environment for this initiative within the Co. across all locations. Many new policies are being brought to bring the organisation abreast with the times.

Dislikes

Culture is infested with politics and biases. Compensation can be improved.
