There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hub of nepotism (undeserving kith and kin of Tata Steel bosses occupy high posts), lack of future growth and lateral movement (other companies in the sector are even worse), lack of transparency in day to day decision making, over-reliance on individual brilliance of a handful of toxic people, unsatisfactory job content (you will be only looking over workers doing a mundane job) , sycophancy based review system promotes undeserving people . These are some cons that you will struggle with on a day to day basis. At a more strategic level the, the top management is constituted of people borrowed from Tata Steel (a good number of them are assigned to this company as a punishment for under-performing or misconduct of duty) and is least interested in the sustainable growth of the company or long term well being of the employees. They will allow anything as long as the top line keeps swelling , so that they can pitch for their return to Tata Steel.

Now a days job security becomes worst. late working hours. Salary hike will be on basic..so you get chiller on hike.Promotion :- Too slow. Facilities cutting started.Location worst. Never come to Join Kalinganagar location.
