Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

...large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .

Working in TATA Steel is very challenging and interesting, who completed there B.Tech and above they should join in TATA.

Dislikes

Low salary and promotion are hard to receive. GOOD BENEFITS WILL ONLY FOR BTECH AND ABOVE CANDIDATES. Note-These likes and dislikes are in my view.

Having canteen facilities at very reasonable price,Job security, Safety.

Very low salary hikes and promotion delayas even after giving 12 years to company a JE could not be promoted forward that a bad thing,Poor work life balace,No accomodation foe new comers, Inapropriate behavaiour of management.
