...gement is transparent. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...works. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joinees.

Here in Tata tinplate company ..environment of working culture is good and even job is secure as they follow the Tata board of conduct..and company provides several benefits like house,petrol allowances and yearly increments etc....

Salary increases every year on time, but grade or we can say promotions are were difficulty to get...that's the reason I want to switch over the job

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

As all know Tata is big group t is very helpful company for doing smart job but management is not good Yaha RAJA Aor raja banta jata hai Garib aor garib banta jata hai ye system active h .

The company is good but there is Nepotism in promotion and in increment . Diploma person getting more salary than B tech highly experienced person thats why company growths going down .

...large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .
